The definition of inspiration is as follows

1) The process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative.

2) A sudden brilliant or timely idea.

Are you inspired within your job or career?

At Fresh Perspective we constantly feel inspired within our work place and business environment, and this improves our team collaboration, our output and also the moral within our business. I personally enjoy waking up and going to work because of this.

Now, how often do you hear someone say that on a Monday morning?

You are in control of your career or job, and this means you have the ability to change it moving forward. When did you last look at how you could move up within your sector? Or had a conversation with your manager about improving your skills? These small changes and conversations can bring back that fire and motivation you had at the beginning of your current employment, and can bring a sense of pride to your career.

At Fresh Perspective we work closely with candidates who are looking for their new dream role, or those who are inspired by a sector and would like to break into it. It’s one of our favourite parts of our recruitment process when a candidate lands their dream job. The difference in an individual when they have new prospects and a new determination within their employment really brings a smile to their face (and ours). Have you seen our Job Hunting guide?

Another way you can look to bring inspiration within your job or workplace is by talking to your team or those above your position to improve your work environment. This can be by creating a sense of inspiration with a team board where you can all see goals and what you have achieved for example. You can also look at implementing a innovation system and reward your employees for their creativity, or suggesting this to your own employee.
