Rachael Watts
Rachael is a true Northern girl. Living most of her life in between Junction 33 (Lancaster) and Junction 22 (Warrington) with Southport being thrown in for some good measure, because who doesn’t want to live by the sea.
Inside Fresh she is one of our delightful Talent Seekers, sourcing and speaking with amazing candidates, having regular update chats with clients, all with a huge smile on her face.
She has recently started to do more within the Marketing side of Fresh as well, so watch this space on all our socials!
She loves spending time with her very large family, being one of 8, there’s always something going on to keep her busy. When she’s at home she likes to tuck into the latest documentaries and series with her cat (Spud) cuddled up by her side.
Rachael’s motto to life is ‘Be kind to everyone because you never know what someone else is going through’.
