The traditional model is a percentage fee of the base salary you offer to a candidate, which can be eye-watering sometimes! Which is why we wanted a genuine USP and to apply some much-needed common sense to recruitment – enter our unique pricing model…

We research the vacancy to understand
a) can we promise to fill it (another of our twists) and
b) how much time is involved from start to finish which allows us to create the fixed fee – which is usually cost-competitive in relation to our competition.

And the cherry on top is…

If you hire more than one of our candidates during the project – there’s no extra charge! It’s free, zero, zilch, nada… how cool is that? Whereas with an agency you’d pay that percentage for EVERY hire, eek.
